River Blue is a Bangladesh-based clothing e-commerce business. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of our products.

By using our site and services, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement.

To place an order, you must create an account with accurate, complete, and updated information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be in violation of our Terms.

3. Orders & Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. This email is an acknowledgment, not a contract. We reserve the right to cancel or limit orders at our discretion, including cases of suspected fraud or stock issues.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Currently, no additional taxes are applied. However, we reserve the right to include applicable taxes in the future, and if so, this will be clearly stated at checkout.

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Direct bank transfers
  • BKash
  • Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • Partial COD (Mandatory for orders outside Dhaka city; customers must pay the shipping charge in advance to confirm the order. We may also require partial COD for certain areas within Dhaka where full COD is not available)

Payment must be made in full or as specified (in case of partial COD) before the item is dispatched.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship only within Bangladesh. Delivery times vary depending on location and courier availability. While we strive to meet estimated delivery windows, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping charges and estimated delivery dates will be provided during checkout.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns are not accepted for change-of-mind purchases. However, we do accept returns and offer exchanges or refunds under logical conditions such as:

  • Wrong item received
  • Defective or damaged product
  • Size mismatch due to error on our end

Return requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the product. If an exchange is not possible, a refund may be issued.

We make every effort to display product information accurately. However, colors may appear slightly different due to screen settings. Product availability is subject to change without notice.

8. Resale Policy

You are permitted to resell River Blue products. However, you may not misrepresent our brand, pricing, or quality.

Use of our brand name, logo, or product imagery for resale must align with our guidelines and may not imply partnership or affiliation without written permission.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and photos — is the property of River Blue and protected under copyright and intellectual property laws.
