At River Blue, we strive to provide high-quality clothing and excellent customer service. We understand that sometimes issues may arise, and we are happy to assist with returns and refunds under the conditions outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We do not accept returns for change of mind. However, returns may be accepted under the following conditions:

  • You received a defective or damaged product.
  • The item received is different from what you ordered.
  • There is a significant sizing or manufacturing defect that makes the product unwearable.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • Have all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Be reported to us within 3 days of delivery.

2. How to Initiate a Return

If you meet the eligibility criteria, follow these steps:

  2. Approval & Instructions – If your return is approved, we will provide further instructions, including the return shipping address.
  3. Shipping the Item – You must return the item within 3 days of receiving it.

3. Exchange & Refund Process

  • First, we will attempt to provide an exchange for the same item in the correct size or condition.
  • If an exchange is not possible (e.g., the item is out of stock), we will issue a refund.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange or refund request.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 3 business days and credited back to your original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items without original tags or packaging.
  • Worn, washed, or altered items.
  • Undergarments, swimwear, or final sale items.
  • Items returned beyond the eligible return period.
